About me
I grew up in Jamaica and built my legal career in New York. That journey shaped how I practice: I understand what it takes to build a life here, and I respect what is at stake when a family decides to part ways.
Over the years I watched too many families pour their savings — and their dignity — into adversarial litigation. Divorce litigation is expensive, slow, and it pits people who once loved each other against one another. I became a mediator because I believe there is a better way.
As a neutral attorney-mediator, I do not represent either spouse. Instead, I help both of you reach a fair agreement, draft the documents, and file your uncontested divorce with the New York Supreme Court. You stay in control of the outcome — I provide the legal structure and a steady, fair hand.
“Mediation is better — for your wallet, your children, and your future.”
What I do — and what I don’t
I mediate your discussions and draft your Marital Settlement Agreement and divorce packet. I do not represent either party, appear in court, or give individual legal advice. I recommend each spouse have the final agreement reviewed by independent counsel.
